items added to a court order after a plea arrangement.......made a plea deal to reduced charge or married while probited from bigmay as I truly thought while on a tour in navy I was divored was taken back to court on a show cause (I signed a note to the ex to pay for a loan) and this note I signed was added to the already established court order and probation

It is not very clear what you mean that it was added.

If a court order was signed by the judge, then after 21 days it becomes final and cannot be changed..... UNLESS there was something inside the court order that would include such things in the future.

But 21 days after a court order is signed by the judge, the case is over and cannot be changed.
