What does Joint Motion mean? A trial was held and this was the outcome? New trial date is set for 11/05/09 and it says Plea? Does this mean that the person will have an opportunity to plea bargain?

Without actually reviewing this joint motion for a new trial with apparently the option for the defendant to enter a plea, I couldn't say for sure.
