what is need for a judge to find me giulty of a trespassing charge

By proof beyond reasonable doubt, that you had fair warning that you were not to enter onto the private property at issue and that nevertheless you went ahead and did it (trespass) anyway.

Was there written notice. Verbal notice. Who owned or leased property. Did the owner or lessee communicate no trespass. Did police give you notice. Think about these things.
