can the judge give litter pickup for probation in virginia to someone on social security disability who has physical disabilities ( chronic low back and hip pain)

Judges normally have wide discretion in probation matters, but if this type of activity was assigned to a probationer with the infirmities described, he or she should make the judge aware of such physical disabilities which might be exacerbated by picking up litter and request that something less strenuous for the probationer be assigned through the probation department.
