When a juvenile has been transfered to circuit court to stand trial as an adult what happens when it goes before the grand jury for indictment if the grand jury doesnt indict them. Is it dropped or does it go back to juvenile court?

Re: Juvenile Charges
The ACA(Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney)assigned to the case might have second thoughts about prosecuting the matter(at least in its current form) and in consultation with his or her superior(s) decide to drop the matter, or exercise the office's discretion to refer it back to the J&DRDC to be prosecuted as an amended and reduced charge.
