Can Juvenile Offense br brought up in circuit court trial?
I know the prosecutor is allowed to bring up a defendants previous record during a trial. Is this also true if the defendant previously had a juvenile record?

No, juvenile records are normally sealed for most purposes, including the one you've mentioned.
