juveniles and breathalyzers
Can the police come on private property without a warrant or landowners permission to search teenagers, and give them a breathalyzer test without informing them of their rights and without parents or guardian preseny?

No, they cannot, unless there is some type of emergency situation which would excuse the warrant requirement.
