Juveniles being questioned by policed

My daughter was questioned by the police several times without my permission. I had a

capius on my child for a runway at the time they knew where she was the whole time

but they did not tell me they used her and me. Don't i have n

legal rights as a parent. I thought this was america

If you feel that the the local police mishandled the matter, you should write a letter of complaint addressed to the chief and send a copy to the local governing body which is responsible for keeping him(or her)in office.
