Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Me and a lady decide to get a place together to help each other out everything g is in my name we both paid half the rent and deposit and lights and water other a month she tells me she will be moving and I need to give her her part of the deposit back now once she leaves there will still be bills that she owes and she is breaking are agreement so do I have to give her her deposit back

will become due and owing on her part in due course.
