my son is being charge with larceny $1600 and 200 embezzlement, this will be his first offense, what is he facing

What is your son facing, you ask, having been charged with two serious felonies? Could be some jail time(even if he's a first offender), among other penalties.
His lawyer would undoubtedly have a better idea about this matter than any lawyer on this BBS.
