Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Law on a minor leaving state lines
In the case of a 17 year old minor, if said minor was to leave state lines without a parent or guardian, what would the repercussions be? And is there a way for minors to legally leave their home state without a parent or guardian present? Thank you.

The repercussions could be many and varied, but, few, if any, are likely to involve legal matters.
As to your second inquiry, yes, of course, it happens all the time.
