Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Legal advice on payment of fine
Is it wise to prepay a fine instead of heading directly to court? I don't want to fight the charge I just want to deal with this in the most simplistic manner possible.

Then simply pay the fine, but only if that would obviate your need to appear in court.
