me an my fiance got into a fight so im looking at charges on assualt on a family member she has let me use her truck plenty of times before so i was mad an i took the truck along with the iphone that we both use because there is no house phone i took the laptop because it belongs to me but im being charged with keeping her from contacting help also her firearm was in the truck i didn't know that but she told the police officer it was in there i never knew where she kept it so all together im looking a charges for assualt on a family member taking the viechle without her consent taking the iphone an laptop stealing of a firearm an preventing her from calling the police how should i plea she say's she's not gonna testify against me an she was just mad so she called the police an this my first offence

Before you start thinking about "pleaing" to any of these various charges, you would be very well advised to either hire your own competent criminal defense counsel to represent you in these matters or, in the event that you cannot afford this expense, then you should apply to the court to appoint such counsel to represent you.

ASAP will not be too soon for you to arrange for such counsel.
