Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Lifetime of SupervisedProbation

I'm 59 years old,and received a lifetime probation, and restitution that can never be repayed.Reasons, the best jobs will back ground check you and I have tried, and got refused. My probation officer asked the court to take me off supervised probation. They said I was a high profile case, and that She should make sure that I'm paying as much as my income can produce. What is available to me,inregard to a lifetime of supervised probation. When I was 48 the judge gave me 12 years for obtaining money under false pretenses.all my victime were monies given to me by personal friends.

Re: Lifetime of SupervisedProbation

You might wish to have a criminal defense attorney review your case with

the pertinent order(s) but chances are if the court wishes to maintain you under a supervised probationary status, there is likely little that you(or your lawyer) can realistically do about it.
