Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I live in an HOA where a gate guard has been harrassing me. I finally threatened to call the police on him, and he went to the Magistrate where he lied under oath that I physically threatened him, thus resulting in my being issued a summons for provoking a breach of peace. Furthermore, he got one of his gate guard buddies to corroborate his story (big surprise). How can I prove he's lying and get this ridiculous case dismissed?

The odds as of now would appear 2 to 1 against your success on your own
which is why you should hire an attorney (if you haven't already done so) to represent you to help even this legal "playing field".
