Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I live in Virginia and would like to know how long a trespassing ban can remain in effect? I was banned from all AMF properties over 8 years ago. Since this ban was established AMF was bought out by Bowlmor 2 years ago. Thank you

Without reviewing the exact wording of this ban, I couldn't offer an opinion of which I
was certain, but suspect that with this change in ownership of the property from which
you've been banned, it may no longer apply.
