Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I live in Virginia and I got in a road check the other night and my fiances perscription medication was in the car and it was in its original packaging and had the label on it and they charged me with a schedule 3 narcotic and they will not give her medicine back are they allowed to do that.

Yes, they're "allowed to do that", but that doesn't mean that it's necessarily right (might
even be flat out wrong))which is why you should engage the services of a competent
criminal defense attorney to represent you in this quite serious matter before things further
deteriorate for you,
