Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
We live in Virginia and our 20 year old son has been committed to the hospital for mental health
Issues. He didn�t want to stay so a Judge had him committed. We where told he could not own a gun now�the question is can he live in a home with someone who owns lots of guns?

Yes, as long as these guns are properly secured so that he is effectively
prevented from taking possession of any of them. (And, yes, that means not even holding one of them for any reason.)
