If you mean could you be liable for contraband (illegal materials)sent to you in the mail in a box(or whatever)even though you're not listed as the addressee(your name), the answer is yes, you very well could be if there's circumstantial evidence which points to you as the willing and intended recipient of such illegal substances or items.
