Making False Statements
In a case of Stalking where all the evidence was e-mail letters the woman claimed she had no sexual relations with the defendant,this was a lie.The defendant was convicted.
If a person had e-mail letters that her sworn statement was a lie who would need to get the true information??

The person in possession of such evidence could
send copies of the material to the prosecuting attorney as well as to the one convicted and his defense counsel.
