Can a man press charges against a woman for rape? I had a woman sexually assault me while passed out.

What if a child is a result of this rape?

Yes, it could be possible. (See Va. Code Sec. 18.2-62.) Whether you would have to pay child support, however, for the alleged issue of such an assault would be up to a court.
