A man is arrested for a Class 5 felony, "strangulation of a minor". It's his 3rd felony, & 3rd arrest in 3 years. What kind of time is he looking at...ballpark?

Who could say based upon these few paltry facts other than the experienced criminal defense

counsel whom hopefully this man has been able to hire by now or that the court has

appointed to represent him and who should be well acquainted by now with the many other factors which normally must be considered in order to come up with a reasonable estimate'for this kind of question?
