marijuana poss less than one half ounce

Is there a mandatory 6 months drivers license suspension if one pleads guilty? Can one plead not guilty, be assigned a public defender and change the plea later? Do baggies found in a separate place in the car constitute a valid distribution charge?

There is a mandatory loss of license if one pleads guilty to possession. There are some other options involved

which can minimize this restriction.

There are different factors looking at

distribution. Look at totality of

circumstances.
