Massage therapist accused of sexual misconduct
If a massage therapist is accused of sexual misconduct by a client, what does the client have to prove to win a judgement for malpractice in civil court and a conviction in criminal court?

Ideally, they will try to get the criminal conviction for assault and battery and then file the civil case for negligence and assault and battery. Everything hinges on the criminal case. Have you been charged? If not, do not make any statements to anyone about the matter including any statements to your superiors.
