What is the maximum sentence for burgulary in VA no weapons involved.

Charged as a Class 3 felony, a minimum term of imprisonment of 5 years
to no more than 20 years, and, possibly, a fine (subject to certain exceptions)
not exceeding $100K. See Va Code Sec. 18.2-89 and Sec. 18.2-10(c).
