Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Michael Vick

I want to wrtie a letter to the judge presiding over the Vick case. I want to ask him to order Vick to pay for the animals care for the rest of their lives. Vick can afford that. I know the judge address. How do i file this letter with the federal court? How much will it cost? Do I have to file it in person? Would you help me do this?

Thank you

Re: Michael Vick

Call the clerk's office(criminal division) of the U.S. District Court in Richmond and they will provide you with the name of the federal judge assigned to the case and the address of the court.(You don't file the letter but merely send it by first class mail at a cost of 41 cents.)
