Miranda rights
I was placed in handcuffs a few nights ago and was told I was going to jail. I was never read my Miranda Rights. I was released and given a ticket for obstruction of justice.

Miranda rights need not be given unless you are arrested and interrogated. If the police began to question you after arrested - you should be read rights..... You should have legal representation at court. Although this is misdemeanor..jail time is possible.
