Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Misdemeaner record
I have misdemeaners on my record. The most recent is 10 years old. This is limiting jobs available to me. Is there a way to clean up my record?

Re: Misdemeaner record
No, in Virgina, one convicted of more than one misdemeanor offense may not have his or her record expunged of these convictions. (See Va. code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq).
