misdemeanor criminal records
I would like to know if there is a time period after which a misdeneanor conviction can be removed from a criminal record. The conviction in question took place 14 1/2 years ago.

The answer is no, unless you were wrongfully convicted and are eligible for a pardon from the Governor's office.
