i have a misdemeanor for embezzlement. i was convicted in virginia in 2002 can i get it expunged?

No; see Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq. which clarifies that
expungement of police and/or court records in the Commonwealth
is basically a remedy for the innocent and inapplicable to those
who have been found or pled guilty.
