misdemeanor -magistrate
if a winess for plantiff in a misdemeanor has prior relationship with investigator or magistrate.does that affect the charges ?

No, it should not affect the filing of the charge, but could be a factor later if the case went to trial and it was shown that the testimony of this witness was unacceptably biased or tainted
by her or his relationship with the investigator.
