Misrepresentation
If I want to terminate my counselor on misrepresentation for a pending traffic charge, what would my steps be?

If you've hired the lawyer to represent you, you can
fire the person anytime via any form of communication
that you choose and without explanation if you wish
(although one would probably be desired by the counselor).
If the attorney is court-appointed you can make a
request to the judge accompanied by good reasons
as to why your counsel should be replaced.
