Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

My mom's rapist just got 60 years for the rape of another elderly woman, he still faces two more trials. I am worried about parole and how his time will be calculated...He is 21 and I am fearful he will be back in society

No, with two more convictions pending (for which conviction is likely) and

consecutive sentences likely imposed, and further considering that there

is no longer any parole in the Commonwealth with inmates serving 85-88%

on average of their sentences imposed, this rapist could easily be looking at 100+ years after the other two criminal cases are adjudicated.
