If this company refuses your written demands for a refund, you should then notify your bank in writing that you wish to place in contest the transaction involving the seized funds if a bank card account number was used. However, if other means were used to effect the taking of these funds from your account which did not involve culpability on your part, you will need to determine if bank negligence was involved, and, if so, the bank should have to make good your loss.
