Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My mother was convicted of grand larceny and served 6 months for the virginia conviction and 15 months for the maryland conviction. She has been paying her restitution for virginia but missed 10 months for Maryland because of financial problems. They came to her house and arrested her. What will happen to her??
