Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
motivating prosecutors to proceed with perjury charges
I'm aware that someone I know has committed perjury, specifically on an application for a court appointed. She has also committed various other felonies, such as filing a false police report, computer trespass, etc.
This is a person that has damaged me in significant ways.
The question being, what is the best way to make the prosecutor aware of these crimes, point him in the direction of assets not mentioned on the attorney application form, and motivate him to proceed with filing charges against this individual?
Thank you

Re: motivating prosecutors to proceed with perjury charges
I would advise that you discuss these issues with an attorney who handles tort and litigation matters before you attempt to proceed any further with anything on your own.
