Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I moved out of my husband of 2 yrs, rented home because of neglect however there was a company I had been awaiting a check from and my music attny forgot to give new address, so I went over my husbands house to retrieve my fed ex package left at door step. My husband and his girlfriend drove up as I was picking it up from inside the screen door, he called his attny, and had a warrant issued for my arrest for tresspassing after being told not to sent to me in the mail. His attourney sent me a letter a month before informing me that he was rep'ing my husband and he forbid me to go over there or else this would happen and this was because I caught him in the act with this woman by looking through the window, however I faild to believe this letter came from a real attny because my husband appealed a retsraining order I had out on him but failed to show up for court and that was when the judge informed me that he had no record of him having an attrny rep'ing him. Am I going to jail even though the magitrate let me go on an O.R when I return to court for a trial hearing?
