explain nall process...my friend had a case were his case was nall process....and how long of time can it stand.

The term derived from Latin is Nolle Prosequi or Nolle Prossed, or "Nolled", which mean essentially that the charge is (or was) dismissed by the prosecution (for various reasons), usually without prejudice, and which further means that the charge could be brought back or reinstated by the prosecutor at any time as long as it's not time-barred by the statute of limitations, which in Virginia only apply to misdemeanor offenses as opposed to felonies which have no such limitation.
