Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have two Nolle Prosequi outcomes one in VA and one in MD. I was just denied a job because of a background check. I am assuming because of these. Is there a way to get them off my record?

Yes, the one in the Commonwealth should be expungeable by following
the procedures outlined in Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.
