Non- Extraditable Warrants from VA
Is the following charges non-extraditable in states other than Virginia: Possesion of cocain 1st offense, Failure to appear in court? And if extraditable in which states?

Everything would depend (in my opinion) on which particular state was involved as each one has its own policies and procedures regarding the subject of extradition.
