Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
non forcible sodomy
My friend was charged with non forcible sodomy of a 17 yr old. He said it isnt true and she says it is. Doesnt there have to be some sort of proof for him to be found guilty?

Sure, her word against his in a formal trial of the matter, with the trier of fact (the judge) finding her more credible than he.
