Non violent Felony charges
Does anyone know or are aware of
a bill pending since 2007 in the
Virginia legislature, re serving 65%
of the sentence for non- violent
felony conviction.I know it is true
for federal conviction was not sure
it was so, for Virginia

No, as a criminal law practitioner in the Commonwealth, I am not aware of the passage of any such legislation.
