Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

non violent sex offender sent to Level-5 prison

What can family do to get a pro bono atty for Buck stevens. How can he communicate with atty? He has no access to e-mail. He is about 125 miles away from his family, one way. He was to be released February 2009, but was transferred from Level-2 to Level-5 because of July '08 change in VA law. He is unable to have art supplies to do his oil painting. He has only 3''pen to write with. He is confined in a tiny cell with very little time outside the cell. This seems so unfair in that the girl was willing and invited sex. He was convicted as non-violent sex offender.

Is there any way he could be transferred back to Level-2 prison?

What can the family do? I am the grandmother.

Buck's family should address all of these questions

and concerns to the last lawyer who represented him in the case(s) which caused him to be sent to the state penitentiary in the first place.
