Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Who is the NPLA? My husband is serving 10years for grand larceny and 6 years for breaking and entering with the intent to commit larceny. He's been in prison for 10years. He has exhausted all his appeals. They offered him 2 1/2 years plea but he refused it in hopes he would be cleared. Is there anything you can do?
