Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
nude pictures
I am a 19 year old female. I took some modeling pictures and my photographer too some nude pictures of me showing some of my body. I told him to erase them because I dont want them to be exposed. Now that hes mad at me, he threatens topost them on the internet. Can I put him in jail for that?
