Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i am a first offender of a schedule IV drug charge in virginia. i was charged with sale, conspiracy, and school zone (day care). i had nothing on me but i admitted to knowing and i was the driver. the other party was caught right after the transaction but we both got the same charges. what am i facing?

What did you admit to knowing? Much of this case most likely depends on what you said.
You did not have actual possession. They may argue constructive.... and what did you know...that he/ she was selling. Was there a hand to hand transaction with an undercover?
