What would I get for a first offenders class-u heroin felony scheduled 1 or 2 possession with intent to sell or distribute in the state of VA? No previous record at all.

Could be substantial jail time or, perhaps, a suspended sentence with conditions, depending
upon the part of Virginia in which you're being prosecuted (my opinion).
