Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

First Offenders in Virginia

I received a felony in Virginia in 2003. It was not a drug related charge. I was wondering if I was eligible for the First Offenders Act, if so, can I take advantage of it now.

No, felony convictions are not expungable in the Commonwealth unless you can prove that you were wrongly convicted and have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
