left wallet at store went to get it and 2 police office came out and started questioning me. Find a straw in wallet. Did not say it wase mine then they searched bag- find cocaine- then they arrested and read me my rights- hired a lawyer have a feloney charge and mistamenour (excuse spelling) what are the chances of having it droped since the did not follow 4th amendment and what am i looking at at time if feloney? first offense in va

Well, what was does your hired defense counsel have to say regarding the 4th Amendment improprieties which you've alleged in connection with this incident, i.e., serious enough to sustain a motion to suppress? I suspect not, otherwise you would not be seeking the opinion(s) of LawGuru attorneys in the matter.
