pardons
i was convicted of involuntary manslaughter 4yrs ago, how would i go about getting it off my record

Involuntary manslaughter is categorized as a felony under the criminal law of the Commonwealth, and therefore you cannot get it expunged or removed from your record unless you can demonstrate that you were wrongfully convicted and have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
